Applications for in-year admissions or school transfers should be made through Nottinghamshire County Council’s admissions website.
If you apply for a place for your child or children in year 1 to year 6, you will find out if you have a place on National Offer Day, 16 April 2025. The application window for in year applications or school transfers will remain open all year, through Nottinghamshire County Council.

Please note: As a new school that is in pre-opening phase, Thoresby Vale Primary Academy does not yet appear in the Nottinghamshire County Council ‘’Find a School’ search tool which you may choose to use when searching for schools in your area. However, Thoresby Vale Primary Academy does appear in the application portal when you are applying for a school place for 2025.
